Outthinkit — Digital products: cancellations and refunds

Your seller
Outthinkit is a trading name of LIONS EUROPE LIMITED, the seller responsible for your purchase. LIONS EUROPE LIMITED is registered in England and Wales under company number 06362482.

Registered office: 34a Stratford Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, England, MK12 5LW.

Email: support@outthinkit.com.

Outthinkit sells digital products online and has no physical retail shop. The address above is the company’s registered office.

Digital products and delivery
The Anti-Ad Playbook is a digital purchase. It includes the PDF playbook and a PDF guide with access instructions for the included Canva templates. No physical item is shipped.

We use the email address you provide at checkout for your order confirmation, download links and essential messages about your purchase. Please check that it is correct. Your download includes the playbook PDF and the separate Canva access guide PDF.

Your order confirmation and download links are provided by email. Download access requires confirmed payment and your express consent to immediate digital delivery. We must also provide confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement in a form you can keep, such as email.

Before payment, we ask you to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your change-of-mind cancellation right will end once you start downloading the purchased content. Simply paying or accepting our general terms does not, by itself, provide this consent.

For this product, supply begins when you start downloading the purchased digital content, not simply when you pay or receive the email containing your download links.

There is currently no download-count limit on the two PDFs. If your download email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact support@outthinkit.com, including your order number if available.

Change-of-mind refunds
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds once downloading has begun. This does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you generally have 14 days from entering into the contract to cancel a digital-content purchase. This right ends only when you start downloading the purchased digital content after you have expressly consented to supply during that period, acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right, and received the required confirmation in a form you can keep, such as email. If these conditions have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain available.

Payment alone is not your agreement to give up that right. You may exercise any cancellation right you still have before downloading begins.

Problems with your purchase
If you cannot access the files, or the content is faulty or not as described, email support@outthinkit.com with a description of the problem, including your order number if available. We will help resolve the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law, which may include correction, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. No physical return is needed.

Requesting a cancellation or refund
Email support@outthinkit.com or write to the seller at the address above with a clear statement that you wish to cancel or request a refund, including your order number if available. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Any clear statement communicating your decision to cancel is sufficient. Neither an order number nor a reason is a condition of exercising a statutory cancellation right. To meet the cancellation deadline, send your statement before the cancellation period expires.

Where you have a valid statutory right to cancel this digital purchase, we refund the full purchase price without an administration or payment-processing deduction. For EU, EEA and UK statutory cancellations, we issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and permitted by law. Any other refund is handled within the applicable legal deadline.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights in your country, including rights relating to non-delivery or digital content that is faulty or not as described.
